Furry Sites for Furries under 18?

Ok so (papabear) I need to know if there is a web site for young furs below the age of 18 and if so can you please tell me the name?

As far as I know, there is not a furry site just for furries under 18. So, I am posting your letter here asking for my readers' help. If anyone knows of such a site, please let me and Brandon know! Post a comment below!

Technically, FurAffinity is for anyone above the age of 13, however there's a good deal of content there which isn't really appropriate for minors. As an alternative I would suggest Deviantart.com; It maintains a healthy population of furry users, has the same age limit to my knowledge, and has stricter policies regarding submission content compared to FA or similar furry sites.

Full disclosure: dA is my site of choice for furry as well as general art ;)

Furryteens.org is a forum just for teenager furs. I highly recommend them because they are very supportive and kind to all users.

White not directly related to teenagers, Furtopia provides a clean family friend furry environment and has a lot of teenage members.

Most furry sites are acceptable to kids and teens, though you will seldom find a furry site directed towards teens specifically.

If you're looking for a furry social network, F4L will work just fine. I've been part of F4L for a while now, and haven't found anything too questionable. The only bad thing is that you don't get immediate access to your account upon sign up, you have to wait for about 30 minutes for them to create your account. http://www.furry4life.org/

FA is a great furry art site. Though said above that it contains a bunch of questionable content, this can all be hidden in your account settings. On top of that, FA has more than just drawings. It's got furry-related writings and music, as well as forums, though I'd be careful there. http://www.furaffinity.net/

If you're looking for games, Earth Eternal (also known as Planet Forever) is a fantastic furry-related MMORPG, even though the developers, SparkPlay Media, didn't direct it towards furries specifically, and in fact, didn't know about the furry fandom when they made the game. The gameplay is relatively tame, but I can't say much about the community, as I haven't seen any other players in game yet. -w- http://www.planetforevergame.com/

In terms of information involving furry culture, WikiFur is the number one place to get info on whatever furry-related subject you're looking for. Again, it isn't directed towards minors, and does contain some questionable content, but it's pretty easy to steer clear of such stuff. http://www.wikifur.com/

And if you want just general conversation and interaction with other members of the furry fandom, I recommend IRC or even MUCKs. AnthroChat seems to be a great IRC server for all ages, and FurryMUCK is a nice place to go if you're into MUCKs, though both can be difficult to get into if you're not big into computers.
